What goes into a Concrix Condition Report

Surplus does not have to mean unknown. Here is exactly what we check before a used listing goes live.

The biggest hesitation with buying used materials is not the price. It is the uncertainty. How many are actually there? What condition are they really in? The Condition Report answers those questions up front, so you can quote and plan without a wasted site visit.

Counted, not estimated

Quantities are counted before a listing goes live. If a listing says 480 props, that is the number you can plan around. We do not round up to make a lot look bigger.

Photographed honestly

Sellers provide clear overview and close-up photos, including any wear or damage. We would rather a buyer sees a scuff in a photo than discovers it on collection.

Defects noted

Rust, bends, missing parts or cosmetic damage are flagged in plain language. Used materials are graded as good or fair, so expectations match reality.
